Bill was a Managing Partner and CIO of Timbervest, LLC, one of the nation’s largest institutional timberland investment management organizations, with over 2.3 million acres of forestland and an AUM of $2.5B within its investment funds. He and his partners successfully sold the firm in late 2017. Before joining Timbervest in 2002, he was co-founder of Realty Consulting Services, Inc., a firm specializing in RE tax consulting and investment services for many of the nation’s largest REIT, institutional, and individual owners of commercial real estate. Bill has more than 35 years of experience in RE investment, management, development, and capital allocation. He has a diverse group of real estate contacts in a broad range of real estate & related sectors. Bill received his BS from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA with concentrations in finance and real estate from Emory University.

Chris has over 30 years of experience in real estate, both as a practicing lawyer and a transaction and development professional. His professional experience includes management roles at Goddard Investment Group, where he was directly involved in the acquisition of over 18 office properties and the disposition of 28 properties, and six years practicing commercial real estate law. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Finance and later received his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.

Kelly is the office manager for Keel Marinas in addition to handling investor relations for the company. She has extensive experience in office operations, client relations and the public relations aspect of the business. She gained significant experience through the oversight of the entire office and administrative operations for a successful plastic surgery practice in Atlanta for over 15 years. In addition to her corporate office duties, Kelly also handles payroll and human resources issues for all of the employees of the various marina properties. Kelly is a native of Atlanta and received her degree from Georgia State University.
